Andy Pinasco is an associate attorney of the firm. His areas of practice include public works construction, employment, labor, and public agency law.
In 2012, Mr. Pinasco graduated, Summa cum laude, from the University of the Pacific with a B.S. in Organizational Behavior. At graduation, he received the Outstanding Adult Graduating Award. He joined Neumiller & Beardslee in 2016 upon earning his Juris Doctor with Distinction from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. While at McGeorge, Mr. Pinasco wrote for the McGeorge Law Review and was an editor for the University of the Pacific Law Review. He finished in the top 15% of his class and received recognition at graduation as the recipient of the Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award for the class of 2016.
While attending McGeorge, Mr. Pinasco participated in the management of his family’s construction business. Upon completing high school, he enrolled in and completed a California accredited apprenticeship program for sheet metal work. Mr. Pinasco gradually worked his way from job sites to the controller’s desk of his family’s business, managing a multi-million dollar annual gross income.
Mr. Pinasco is a member of the State Bar of California. He is also a member of cultural community organizations including the Italian Athletic Club of America and the Italian Gardener’s Society.
