Neumiller & Beardslee proudly announces that Eric Nims has agreed to join the firm as a shareholder effective January 1, 2017!
Eric previously worked with the firm in an Of Counsel capacity. Eric’s keen business acumen provides great strengths in his legal practice which focuses on real estate, business operations, and insolvency matters.
He currently serves as a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of California and is regularly appointed as a receiver by state courts. Eric graduated from UCLA in 1992 with a B.A. in History, and received his Juris Doctorate from UC Davis School of Law, and was admitted to practice law in California in 1997. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, and the California Receiver’s Forum. He has served as an officer and director for numerous local non-profit entities.
