Nathan
R. McGuire is an associate attorney with Neumiller
& Beardslee whose practice areas focus on residential
& commercial subdivision development, real estate
development, homeowners association law, common interest
development law, construction law, and real estate litigation.
In 2001, Mr. McGuire graduated with distinction from St.
Mary’s College of California with a B.A., in English
and Philosophy. In 2004, he received his Juris Doctor
from University of California, Davis School of Law, where
he was a UC Davis King Hall Grant Recipient, was Senior
Articles Editor for Environs Law Journal and a participant
in the Public Interest Externship Program.
Prior to joining Neumiller &
Beardslee, Mr. McGuire was a legal assistant for five
years with Bickel & Associates, in Piedmont, California
where he worked extensively with community association
clients on a variety of transactional and litigation issues.
In 2004, Mr. McGuire was admitted
to practice in California. He is also admitted to practice
before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California.
He is a member of the San Joaquin County Bar Association
and the State Bar of California.
