Anthony
M. Despotes is an associate attorney at Neumiller
& Beardslee. He practices in the areas of tax, trusts,
probate and estate planning and business and commercial
law.
In 2001, Mr. Despotes graduated
cum laude from the University of California at Davis with
a B.A. in Managerial Economics. In 2004 he earned his
Juris Doctor, with distinction, from University of the
Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While at McGeorge, Mr.
Despotes became a life member of the Traynor Honor Society,
was on the Dean’s Honor List for his three years
of schooling at McGeorge, and received the Witkin Award
for Academic Excellence in 2002. He is a member of the
San Joaquin County Bar Association and the State Bar of
California.
Mr. Despotes was admitted to practice
law in California in 2004. He is also admitted to practice
before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California.
