Anna M.
DePedrini is a legal assistant with Neumiller
& Beardslee whose practice areas focus on residential
and commercial subdivision and community association law
and related transactions. She has developed an expertise
in the areas of subdivision law, the preparation of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions, easements, homeowners association
covenant and rule enforcement guidelines and general corporate
and business practice requirements for homeowners' association.
Ms. DePedrini's work specifically includes preparing formation
documents for both standard subdivisions and common interest
developments, assisting developer clients in obtaining
public reports issued by the California Department of
Real Estate that authorize the sales of homes, helping
association clients in the development of rules and other
related documents for the operation and maintenance of
common areas, the preparation of easement agreements for
access and maintenance controls, working on specific documents
for specialized developments such as zero lot line housing,
master planned communities, standard subdivision and other
mixed use developments, controlling and maintaining document
formats with current legislative and statutory updates;
and preparing Architectural Review and Control documents
for associations.
In 1980, Ms. DePedrini earned her B.S. in Business Administration
with a concentration in Real Estate Affairs from California
State University, Sacramento, and is currently working
under the supervision of attorney Duncan R. McPherson.
She comes to Neumiller & Beardslee with extensive
experience in DRE Public Report processing, association
budget development, architectural review and control procedures,
and association management.
Ms. DePedrini is a member of the Community Associations
Institute and the local chapter of the Building Industry
Association.
